We want to help you and support you going back to the workplace

Whether you're pregnant, on maternity or about to go back to work, we know that there'll be a mixture of emotions you'll be feeling, as well as some questions you might have around each of these stages.  

 

With that in mind, we've put together a few exercises that you might find useful to navigate what you're experiencing - some are more to do with logistics, some are more around how you might be feeling.
